Style issues with method list

• The font is large and the left panel cannot be resized which makes it very hard to navigate long method names (for example with deep namespaces)
• The currently selected compilation is not highlighted which makes it hard to step through successive recompiles of a method
• The hover highlight is only as wide as the panel so when you scroll horizontally to see a long method name the highlighting doesn't cover the whole row
• When the method list is long, the input box gets pushed too far down (it's partially off the page).
