Improvement performance in v5: TTI is 5.4s, should be 3s

From Page Speed Insights for www.21-points.com:

  • Mobile: 60/100
  • Desktop: 86/100

I could implement changes like we did for v1, but it seems like something we should add to JHipster by default. That way, we wouldn't need to make these same changes for every new release.
