More flexibility on sfRepeatable

A new form with a repeatable section (data-StratusFormsRepeatable="Y") does not have any delete option until a 2nd row is added. This should be configurable by code - sometimes you want the row to be deletable.

The delete anchor has no class to identify it with CSS or jQuery. It would be nice to be able to unambiguously identify that anchor for styling and manipulation.
