Merge the WebBooster with DecentralEyes

https://decentraleyes.org/ This extention makes almost the same but from another perspective of security. It is actively developed and supported and I also have a plan to contribute to it. To avoid conflicts for users who have both extentions it would be nice to merge them. What do you think @mr-mig?
