AI based strategy

in addition to the included strategies, an AI (CNN/something else...?) would be a useful addition. this could leverage the bobber strategy internally for making positions and the NN could simply provide the buy/sell action to take. would need the ability for users to label their own data and train against so storing the NN weights as a setting is important.
