Support for MQTTv5

Hi there,

without further specifying what that would exactly mean, I always wanted to take the chance to put down a note about that we might want to investigate how mqttwarn could support MQTTv5 in any way. It is supported since Mosquitto 1.6 and the implementation of the current Mosquitto 2.x is probably even more mature [1,2].
