AI Upscaling

Official MPV now has AI Upscaling support for Nvidia/Intel.

Would be nice to have this in mpv.net as well since main mpv doesn't support saving window location.

Support for 'save window position' is important for UX. I'm dealing with this tentatively using AHK. I'll share it. At the same time as starting up, mpv will move to the specified xy coordinates.
