Describe the bug Video parts are skipped sometimes

To Reproduce I'm watching the video on the link, which is an mp4 video over the hls protocol at 1.5x speed. During playback, there are sometimes skips in parts of the video. For no reason, the video skips for about 5 seconds, and if you rewind it, it still does not play. This bug happens about 1-2 times per hour of viewing. To fix it I press the sound button twice to reset the cache and rewind. When the cache is off, it doesn't seem to show up, but the video doesn't play without lags. I know that sometimes when downloading videos sites can give errors when trying to access some parts, such as on YouTube, but I have downloaded videos from this site many times, and there were no errors or skips.
