Support for timed-metadata in HLS streams

Expected behavior of the wanted feature

It would be wonderful to have currently playing title support, ideally full ID3 metadata, for HLS streams For example: https://hls.somafm.com/hls/groovesalad/320k/program.m3u8 mpv currently shows no meaningful metadata beyond basic encoder info The StreamS reference decoder shows current artist/title info https://somafm.com/hls/gsplayer.html?320k

It seems ffplay doesn't handle this correctly, so this points again towards HLS needing more love
