Expected behavior of the wanted feature

I would like to be able to configure ad-loop A and B with the mouse wheel button with a single click Let me explain, by pressing and holding the button, point A is established and when you release the button, point B is established.

Alternative behavior of the wanted feature

This would be very useful for any mouse or keyboard key.
