Weather popup is hard to activate

If I happen to have a window corner over the widget and kill that window I noticed a popup, the only reason I even knew there were weather popups. When I try to do it manually, which would a nice feature if I could do it, it never works.

I’m sure I'm missing something obvious, still baffling me. A little help?

HAH, nevermind. Seems I have to point directly at the "cloud" part, and my mouse is a bit finicky too. Sorry for the interruption.
