Demo application should be simpler, without codeIgniter

The demo application should be more minimal and not depend on a framework such as CodeIgniter.

A demo application is supposed to help you understand how to use the library, but in order to understand this demo application one needs to be familiar with the CodeIgniter framework, otherwise it is impossible to figure out how the Soundcloud library is being used.

An application with 3 or 4 php files without any framework should suffice to provide the same example.
