Profile UI for status and loading

Either a flyout from the left or a popout window that contains a list of loaded profiles and their current status: recognizing, loaded, parsing error, runtime Lua exception, etc. It would also need to contain a way of loading already existing but not yet loaded profiles (perhaps by drag and drop) and, when a profile creation UI is available, a link to open that (perhaps even greyed out).

"Loaded" profiles will likely be loaded from a directory (something like Articulate/Profiles). Dragging an XML file onto the profile management window/flyout would copy the XML file to the profile directory.
