Handle Non-Elevated Keypress Emulation into Elevated Process

Currently, Articulate fails silently when trying to emulate keypresses into an elevated process while not elevated itself.

There should be some type of warning or notification that this is occurring.

It looks like this may be related to this error report, it seems to indicate a problem with determining the foreground window if the process in the foreground is running elevated while Articulate is not.
