Jitsi can not display Video

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...' Download the Debug or Release versoin of Webrtc-Streamer
2. Click on '....' Run in on the Windows or Ubuntu 20.04
3. Scroll down to '....' Jitsitest/Xmpp
4. See error no video displayed in the jitsi meet.

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here. I guess it was an update to the Jitsi, so he couldn't connect to the Jitsi properly
