Support USB LoRa concentrators

A user based in Colombia (AU915 or US915) get the gateway (RAK 831 + Raspberry Pi 3) connected to The Things Stack but it connects and disconnects every few seconds.

Looks like this issue is related with the LoRa concentrator that is USB version instead of SPI. At the moment, basicstation does not support USB LoRa concentrators.
