Is transition time setting for undim only?

I notice if you change from the default transition time, what ever setting you choose only affects the undimming of lights. The initial dim (movie start) seems to be the same no matter the setting? Is this how it's intended to work?

Is that with proportional dim time enabled?

Also, what is your brightness setting? I think I've found the issue - the code if not bri doesn't handle bri = 0 well. :)

I don't believe I had proportional checked - no.

Of course my dim level is 0. I have lights right next to the TV that I am turning off so anything less than completely off is distracting.
