RPCS3 integration incorrectly named ColecoVision in integrations menu in goggalaxy

I spend nearly 1 hour trying to fix integration not showing in gog galaxy integration list. Then i wanted to report this issue here and i noticed that at the very bottom of issue form there is **vision 123DFSFetc. **.

Question. Why in instruction there isn't anything about this integration being named ColecoVision ? Question2. Why it is called ColecoVision if it is not ColecoVision ?
