how to support multiple lines in a cell?

May I please have the raw data? Basically, a new line means \n which is considered a CSV delimiter and hence, would lead to a separate column in a CSV rather than a single column composed of multiple lines.

It is usually advised to sanitize the input text and replace these delimiters such as: \n, \r, \t.
