Hazelcastmq with ringBuffer or reliabletopic support.

@mpilone, long time since such project not updated yet. the latest version with hazelcast has brought in ringbuffer and reliable topic. I think it's better for hzmq brought in such support for these new data structure especially for the former one. as ringbuffer provides batch support and low-cost operation, it's better add some support for batch operation which not included in current version of hzmq.

I'll take a look at the new features when I get a chance. A reliable topic may be interesting because it may map to the concept of durable subscribers but I'm not sure that a ring buffer fits into the message queue paradigm but I'll explore it.

@mpilone, thanks for review. as for your concern, the reliable topic did rely on the ringbuffer for its native data structure and made it promise to be reliable. by the way, I did think that ringbuffer is some best replacement for IQueue too. as it provide higher read performance so it is with its batch processing with async mode.

by the way, hzmq seems lack of batch processing, it's better add more wrap way for batch processing to invoke more batch operation to improve performance
