Think more about interaction of -i and -x options

The current logic of the -i and -x option as decided by @BinderDavid is that if you use both -i and -x options that all traces matching -i are included and other traces are excluded if they match -x.

The other possible option is -x further restricts traces already include by -i. So if you use a -i and -x option then only traces which match -i and fail to match -x are included.

Comment on this issue if you would like to see the behaviour changed. I don't know what's better.
