Small fixes to project

  • Convert CHANGELOG to markdown format. This enables a nicer rendering on Hackage.
  • Remove the CI configuration in .travis.yml and replace the travis badge in the README.md which was no longer working.
  • Remove ticky_help.md which was probably added by mistake?
  • Add upper bounds to all dependencies in cabal file and sort dependencies alphabetically. cabal check now runs through without warnings, and we shouldn't get warnings anymore when uploading to Hackage.
