Future extensions to eventlog2html

Once #100 and #5 are merged I think the program is "complete", in the sense that all the necessary features are implemented. So after they are merged I think we should release the 1.0 version of the program.

Then, the next question is, is there any future direction that we want to take eventlog2html? The name was chosen to allow this future expansion if we so desired at a later point.

  • #102 has expressed some desire to implement a lightweight threadscope but I don't feel very qualified to implement this at the moment.
  • Perhaps we want to implement some similar functionality to ghc-events-analyse?
