make SplitShow more friendly to wireless presenter devices

Some presenters are more or less tunded to be compatible with MS Outlook. It 
would be nice if their functions could be used with SplitShow, too.

The following features do not work with my presenter:

- Start presentation (F3) 
- blank screen (b)

it would be nice, if the features could be implemented and or the corresponding 
key strokes could be added to SplitShow.

First of all, MS Outlook is an email client, plus calendar, etc. Get your facts 
straight!

Second, we are definitely not going to put any effort into trying to be 
compatible with an MS product. Think of SplitShow as Preview++.

Your use of the word "presenter" had me confused for a moment. This is, in 
fact, a reasonable enhancement request.
