Support for .npmrc File-Based Authentication

I am considering the use of an .npmrc file for authentication purposes with a JFrog Artifactory repository.

It would be beneficial if the plugin could support .npmrc file-based authentication directly, allowing users to authenticate seamlessly without setting addition uri and token based configuration.
