I can't get peers and download

hello. I want to use your library to download torrent file from my app.

But I have some trouble. I can`t get any peer....and download.

first, i check torrent file but, i works in rtorrent and transmission.

and also, i check your bin (of course, i mave jar file, to build dir), but also i can`t get any peer.

do i have to do something befor start torrent? or, is it problem that my app is running behind NAT?
