Incorporate changes made to parent project
@suleman1971 has added some more features/fixes to the codebase, and this needs moving into this fork.
This will be hard due to the fact that I’ve already edited a bunch of stuff. I’m a little scared of even starting to do this, it feels like a lot of work.
From a user perspective, it seems that upstream has incorporated almost all of the cool features from this fork. If you don't want to maintain it anymore, maybe just link to the upstream repo and archive this one.

Well that’s certainly good to know! I only did it in the first place because I wasn’t sure that upstream was going to be updated with those things. So you’re probably right that it’s time to shut it down and move on.
I’d then encourage folk to shove any other PRs their way and hope they are a bit more receptive to taking more changes. I think I’ll get this sorted next week and edit the README.md to explain that.
