Removes the dropdown arrows from the AppMenu and SystemMenu (AggregateMenu) which were introduced in Gnome 3.10.

In Gnome 3.34 and Ubuntu 19.10, the extension works as expected right after the first login. Once the screen is locked and the user logs in back, the extension stops...
