Next PyPi release?

Hi, I'm looking forward to using the recently added JWE feature, but the version in pypi doesn't contain this feature yet and looks to be about 4 months old compared to master. For my environment, I need packages to be pulled from pypi and I can't manually build/install the project. Is there any timeline on when a new version will be pushed?

I am also looking forward to making a release with JWE support. However, I would like to get #189 and #192 both merged for the next release.

Let me be explicit: I offer no timeline here. However, you can speed this up a bit by giving me your feedback on #189. I'm trying not to break anybody's existing code with that.
