Add option to play automatically network stream from clipboard and keyboard shortcut "ctrl+v" to paste and play videos from clipboard

Hello, often we watch streaming videos and we have to copy their url address then copy and paste them into our beloved mpc-qt, and we hope that there will be an option to simplify this process by adding option to detect and play automatically network stream from clipboard, and also a keyboard shortcut "ctrl+v" or another keyboard shortcut to automatically play network stream video from the clipboard for more speed and simplicity, and add option "paste the url address from the clipboard" when we click on the box " open network stream", thank you very much :)

Hello, a developer was kind enough to inform me of the existence of the awesome uosc, it will be great to make ImPlay even more easy and simple to use for beginners and crowds to add this program natively and it will allow beginners to choose easily the desired streaming video quality, thank you very much :)

With #485, if you add "ctrl+v" as a shortcut for "Open Network Stream", you can open a stream in clipboard by pressing ctrl+v then enter. You could even use "enter" as a shortcut, then press twice the "enter" key to open a stream in clipboard.
