File Failed to Load MathJax

When generating PDFs I get an error about importing the mathjax library.

In the console I get:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/mathjax/2.7.1/jax/input/LaTeX/config.js?V=2.7.1

And there is also a notice at the bottom of the page:

File failed to load: https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/mathjax/2.7.1/jax/input/LaTeX/config.js
