Remove `Published using Pweave` Notice

When an .html file is generated, there is a notice on the bottom saying:

Published from <my_file> using Pweave 0.30.3 on <date>.

Is there an option to generate the files without this notice?

If not, would it be reasonable to add such an option? I'd be willing to work on a PR for it.

You can remove this yourself by going to '\Python\Lib\site-packages\pweave\formatters\templates.py'
