Compact mode for menu bar status

It would be great to have a compact mode for the menu bar status. For example, instead of: 99 (-12) ↓(2 min ago) it could be: 99 ↓ -12 [2m] (similar to https://github.com/mddub/nightscout-osx-menubar)

This is useful when there is not a lot of menu bar real estate, and will ensure the output remains on screen at all times.
