ORCIDs in author list

Could everyone please add their ORCIDs to the Authors@R field sometime? These now show up on CRAN. I'm happy to edit them all in myself.

Just a note that there can't be a CRANplan until either ghql appears there, or we replace that with our own routines. @sckott any plans with ghql in that regard? Re-writing our own would be dead easy, just nowhere near as nice as the ghql R6 calls.

Could y'all please also add email addresses as desired?
