@mariaberlinger also mentioned that they hit this one in prod too (screenshot below)
Always hit this or it's intermittent?
Hello, Pretty often, like 8/10 times.
Here's an example sentry report from this: https://mozilla.sentry.io/issues/4472526489/events/7521a8f3e40d459da17fe03d2773da0b/
I also get this error, but in my case it's not intermittent - I always get this error message when clicking on that link. At first I thought it might be related to another issue I have with my account (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1428155#answer-1612527) but as this seems to be happening to more users, it might not be related at all.
Hello, The issue still reproduces today, in Production, using version 1.270.3. Closing and reopening the preferences page works as a workaround. Thank you.
We recently updated the redirect to go to the newsletter recovery page rather than a dead-end error page so that users can hopefully continue and get to their email preferences. It's not a true fix but it helps some.
Hello,
For a newly created account, with all the 3 newsletter options checked at creation, I am encountering the following message error. (See attached media)
Even if I enter the email address in the field, I am receiving a message error that says the account is not created, even if it is. (see attached media)
