PnH is not accessible in GCLI in Firefox 44 on Mac OSX

I seem not to be able to make PnH properly work in recent versions of Firefox. Is there something I am missing? I got it to work out of the box in Firefox 38 ESR, but I am not sure, from which version on it is broken
