Nothing happens when i try to use this plug-in. The screen pops up but it is blank and unuseable.

  • Are you referring to the Citation Plugin Tool?
  • Could you provide a screen shot of what you are seeing?
  • What web browser (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, etc) and version are you using? Thanks
