Document how to use the new macro system

Once we're done implementing the proc-macro system, we should add documentation on how to use it, including at least:

  • How to add macros to your code to generate the scaffolding
  • How to use uniffi-bindgen to generate the bindings using the metadata in a library
  • How to migrate from a UDL files
