Add test coverage for correct handling of historic probe registries

We should add test coverage that tests that the output for old, real Histograms.json, Scalars.yaml, ... is correct. E.g. taking files from the oldest supported Firefox version, the current newest and a few at important key points in between (e.g. when properties where added/removed).
