Monthly summary: missing strings stat is off

Italian has currently 57509/57548 strings translated, so the percentage is correct. But there are 28 missing strings, not 0 like the report says.

Can't tell if the other numbers are off, since they're both 0 for Italian.

The problem is specific for the missing strings.

It was caused by https://github.com/mozilla/pontoon/pull/3536, which removed the AggregatedStats abstract model, making the missing_strings property absent from the InsightsSnapshot.
