Impossible to write comments from mobile

Writing comments from Nightly (Android) doesn't seem to work for me.

I start typing, for some reason it adds a …, and then the behavior is completely random (can't remove that character, typing goes to different lines). This happens in both comment areas.

On the other hand, the main editor works fine.

Is this the case on production or stage (or both)?

It's not a recent regression, the same behavior happens on prod.

Here's a video of the weird behavior. Notice how I'm touching "t", and it writes "…", then it starts eating other characters.
