Activity log: no results when clicking reviewed link for self-rejected suggestions

This user doesn't have translator rights, therefore he shouldn't be able to review? Clicking the filter doesn't show any result.

Were these self-rejected? (not sure if that's even possible for a contributor level)

However, there's still a bug - link should point to translations listed above, so we need to look into the reviewer filter.
