Document how to use Github authentification

I've used the deploy to heroku btn from the documentation and I would like to use Github to authenticate my users.

From the doc it is written:

Set to ‘github’ if you want to use ‘GitHub’ (corresponding GITHUB_* settings must be set).

But what are the GITHUB settings and where can I find them ? (searching on the web Ifound a tutorial for Gitlab but nothing on GitHub)

But yeah, documentation looks really not clear to me.

I am, i'm just stuggling to find time ;-) I'm dedicated to the issue system, if I drop it I'll close the issue no worries.

As you realized on discours, it has taken me more time than expected tom make it work from my end but now I think I got it.
