[Android] App asks for FxA password every time Wi-Fi is connected and disconnected

I'm testing the app on a tablet. If I disable the Wi-Fi, I get a notification bar in the app saying "Reconnect to Sync".

When I re-enable the Wi-Fi, and tap the notification, I have to login to Firefox Account once again, providing the password, which is very impractical.

@flodolo We do have offline mode for this, but seems like it is not catching that, What device and version of Android are you running?

So far I tried it on a Nexus 9 with Android 7.1.1, once I switch off WiFI and click "sync" I get "You are offline" right away 🤔 , which seems to work. I will try an emulator that is just 7.0.

@vladikoff I have managed to reproduce this issue on "Samsung S8" (Android 8.0), "Google Pixel" (Android 8.0) and "Huawei P8 Lite" (Android 6.0) with the latest version of the "Firefox Notes" application (notes-1_0-qa-v2709) installed. It seems that the "Reconnect to Sync" message is displayed if you disconnect the device from the internet while a sync action is performed.
