[Android] The content of a new note is not editable if creating it while the app is narrowed in screen split mode

• Pixel (Android 8.0.0)

[Prerequisites]:

• Have the latest version of the "Firefox Notes" application (notes-1_0-qa-v2184 alpha release) installed.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the Notes application and log in if needed.
2. Split the screen.
3. Tap and hold the slider from the middle of the screen and move it to the top of the screen.
4. Click the "New note" button.
5. Observe the content of the Note.
6. Tap on the editable area of the note and observe what happens next.

[Expected result]: 5. "Take a note..." placeholder text is displayed. 6. The text caret is displayed and the keyboard is triggered.

[Actual result]: 5. There is no placeholder text displayed. 6. Nothing happens, the text caret is not displayed and the keyboard is not triggered.
