[Android] The "You are offline" message is not dismissed after ~3 seconds if the Sync button is pressed multiple times

[Affected Platforms]:

• Pixel (Android 8.0.0)
• Huawei P8 Lite (Android 6.0)

[Prerequisites]:

• Have the latest version of the "Firefox Notes" application (notes-1_0-qa-v2092 custom built on 14.05.2018) installed.
• Have at least a note in the application.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the Notes application and log in if needed.
2. Disable the network connection.
3. Swipe down for minimum times and observe the "You are offline" system message.

[Expected result]:

• The "You are offline" system message disappears after ~3 seconds.

[Actual result]:

• The "You are offline" system message remains displayed for 3 seconds multiplied with the number of sync actions performed.

[Notes]:

• The "You are offline" system message remains even if the application was closed.
• The issue is not reproducible on Samsung S8 (Android 8.0.0).

I have verified this issue and it seems that is fixed on Huawei P8 Lite (Android 6.0), but still reproducible on Pixel (Android 8.0.0). Considering this I am reopening the issue. Tested on Huawei P8 Lite (Android 6.0) and Pixel (Android 8.0.0), with the latest version of the "Firefox Notes" application (notes-1_0-qa-v2228 custom built on 18.05.2018) installed
