[Android] The keyboard is wrongly opened over the note's content if the text caret is placed in the bottom part of the screen

[Affected Platforms]:

• Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 8.0.0)
• Pixel (Android 8.0.0)
• Huawei P8 Lite (Android 6.0)

[Prerequisites]:

• Have the latest version of the "Firefox Notes" application (notes-1_0-qa-v2067 custom built on 09.05.2018) installed.
• Have a note created with enough content in order to have the scrollbar displayed.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the Notes application and log in if needed.
2. Open the note from prerequisites and place the text caret in the bottom part of the screen.
3. Observe the behavior.

[Expected result]:

• All the content is scrolled up and the keyboard is opened underneath.

[Actual result]:

• The keyboard is opened over the note's content.

• If you start typing the content is scrolled up and the keyboard is opened underneath.
