[Enhancement][Android] The title should be displayed and editable in the note view

[Affected Platforms]:

• Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 8.0.0)
• Pixel (Android 8.0.0)

[Prerequisites]:

• Have the latest version of the "Firefox Notes" application (notes-1_0-qa-v2003) installed.
• Have at least one note created.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the Notes application and log in if needed.
2. Tap on any available note.
3. Observe the top part of the note.

[Expected result]:

• The title of the note is displayed and can be edited.

[Actual result]:

• There is no title displayed.

[Notes]:

• This feature is available in other Android application such as "Samsung Notes" or "Keep". Considering this I think we should be able to edit the title for the sake of consistency.
