[Android] If you tap at the end of a long row, the "Text Selector" is wrongly displayed and the beginning of the next one

[Affected Platforms]:

• Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 8.0.0)
• Pixel (Android 8.0.0)

[Prerequisites]:

• Have the latest version of the "Firefox Notes" application (notes-1_0-qa-v2003) installed.
• Have at least one note created that contains large rows.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the Notes application and log in if needed.
2. Tap on the note from prerequisites and place the text caret at the end of the longest row (except the the last row).
3. Observe the caret and the "Text Selector" position.

[Expected result]:

• The caret and the "Text Selector" are displayed at the end of the row.

[Actual result]:

• The caret is displayed at the end of the row and the"Text Selector" is displayed at the beginning of the next row.

[Notes]:

• The issue is not reproducible if the text caret is placed at the end of the last row.
• The issue is not reproducible if the next row contains only spaces.
• The issue is not reproducible on other applications such as "Samsung Notes" or "Keep".
