multi-account-containers vsp.com login does not work in a container.

Step to reproduce

You need a VSP Vision Care Account to reproduce. But perhaps the error message will be sufficient to help get this working.
Open a Tab in a container.
go to https://www.vsp.com
Provide user name and password.
Actual behavior

Login Error Error: missing_cookie Error description: The ACS Session cookie was missing. Please verify that cookies are enabled in your browser.
Note that this error occurs even when I have disabled "Enhanced tracking protection" for the site.
So somehow it's looking for a session cookie, but not finding the one it set in the container.

Does "Limit to designated sites" is enabled on the container?
You can see this in:
Open Multi-Account Containers popup
Click on "Manage Containers"
Click on the container vsp.com is assigned to
Does it still fail if you turn off Total Cookie Protection?
Type about:preferences#privacy in the address bar
In "Enhanced Tracking Protection", choose "Custom"
Untick "Cookies"
Don't forgot to re-enable Total Cookie Protection after testing this.

Does the issue persist if you disable Total Cookies Protection:
Type about:preferences#privacy in the address bar
In "Enhanced Tracking Protection", choose "Custom"
Untick "Cookies"
Don't forget to re-enable it after you tested it.

I have the same problem on chrome and edge. I have tried all types of cookie settings, accept all, etc. I keep getting the error shown in screenshot.
